Looking for the opportunity to swap the city for low taxes and easy living on these idyllic isles?
The very first jurisdiction to introduce and pioneer this type of immigration pathway in 1984, St. Kitts & Nevis continues to be one of the most highly regarded countries when it comes to offering a Citizenship by Investment program.

Having been in operation for over forty (40) years, the St. Kitts & Nevis Citizenship by Investment program is one that continually attracts discerning investors looking to gain an alternative citizenship and passport, in a low-tax and politically stable country, where their personal wealth can be steadily accumulated. Ranking 24th on the Henley Passport Index and granting visa-free travel to the UK, it is a highly desirable passport that grants global mobility.
Benefits
One of the many benefits of the St. Kitts & Nevis passport/citizenship is that individuals are able to hold dual nationality.
The processing time of between 120-180 days is an equal draw to High and Ultra-High net Worth Individuals who may wish to receive another citizenship or passport in the shortest amount of time possible.
There are also no residency requirements for citizenship, i.e. there is no obligation to return to St. Kitts & Nevis and spend a prescribed amount of time in the jurisdiction per year in order to retain citizenship, unlike the case in so many other jurisdictions.
Taxation
Arguably the most attractive aspect of the St. Kitts & Nevis citizenship and passport, is its characteristically low and stable tax regime. There is no capital gains tax, no income tax (for non-residents), no wealth tax and no inheritance tax making St. Kitts & Nevis the ideal location for investors seeking a reputed jurisdiction to preserve financial wealth for generations to come. Citizenship can be acquired by birth, where children of successful applicants of the Citizenship by Investment program are entitled to an automatic claim of citizenship.

Application Process
A comprehensive consultation with us will provide potential applicants an opportunity to thoroughly explore the investment and contribution options. We expertly offer our insight regarding which would be the most suitable pathway, taking into account the applicant's current financial situation, as well as their future financial goals and ideal investment portfolio.
After application submission, the process next entails background and due diligence checks as well as a mandatory interview (this can be in-person or remote). For successful applicants an approval-in-principle is granted, upon which they will be permitted to make their investment to approved projects on the islands or to provide the prescribed contribution to the Government. Citizenship will then be granted, and a Kittitian & Nevisian passport finally conferred to the Applicant.

There are three methods of investment. Please see below for more information about each form/type of investment accepted by the Citizenship Program.

2) Real Estate Investment Option
3) Public Benefit Option
